ABOUT US

The Walokoka Troupe is a music oriented humanitarian organization created from a passion to revive hopes of the unprivileged, at-risk and disadvantaged children through music, education, sports, agriculture, art and crafts, vocational skills.We are a charity organization in Uganda that uses cultural performing Art to create a meaningful impact on socially and economically improverished in our community.We are a dynamic and innovative musical group that blends traditional African rhythms with contemporary sounds.

Walokoka Troupe takes pride in its commitment to promoting and preserving African cultural heritage through the utilization of Cultural performing arts.

Our mission is to restore, preserve, and fortify the impact of music in schools and communities.We use music to empower the youth, children and families.

WHAT WE DO

Music, Dance & Drama

Our Music Programme encourages music appreciation. It offers young people, who otherwise have no access to any music training, creative and innovative ways.

Evangelism

Evangelism is the foundation of our mission, with the good news conveyed and expressed in a culturally acceptable and understandable way.

Community Outreaches

Walokoka Troupe creates opportunities for the development and self- empowerment of young South Africans through participation in music, dance and drama.
